We would like to introduce our new full time apprentice Kiera. She has settled into the work family and is already loved by the whole team and all clients. Kiera has currently stared her cutting training on Wednesday mornings starting with the basics (one length hair cuts). Our salon manager Maria has just completed her L'Oréal colour degree which is the highest qualification a colour technician can obtain. Maria loves a challenge she is not afraid to take on colour corrections and advanced haircuts. She is also amazing at gents especially skin fades and all forms of hair-up. While manageing the shop  our assistants in styling to ensure they will become as brilliant as her when the qualify! 

Becky started her career as an in-salon assistant over 18 years ago. Her drive and ambition to continually self-improve, combined with the knowledge gained from her years of experience has seen her become our busiest stylist and technician. Her love of colour saw her invest heavily in furthering her career and achieving her 'Loreal Colour Specialist Degree'. Becky has limited availability due to high client demand, please book in advance if you would like to see her.

Daisy has been with us for almost ten years working her way up from assistant level to assistant manager. She loves all things about hair, her artistic flare hands its self to creating the most beautiful balayage's. She is a perfectionist and ensures every client leaves feeling like a million dollars. If you want to update your hair colour using the latest techniques Daisy is the hairdresser for you. She is also our tape hair extension specialist as can create layers and balayage's without cutting or colouring your natural hair. Her favourite service is one that transforms a clients hair. 

Nicola has been hairdressing for over 15 years, she has been with the HBBAR for two years and is loved by the team and clients. Her skill level is exceptional and she lights up the room with her happy, humorous personality. She is very patient and loves a challenge if your unsure of what you want or nervous about having your hair done, Nicola is the hairdresser for you.   

Zilma is our holistic and beauty guru. She is a true master of in her profession and excels in everything when it comes to health, beauty and wellbeing. Zilma is trained to the highest level and when her clients walk through the door, they are able to totally escape and immerse themselves in whatever treatment Zilma is providing. Her loyal client base demonstrates this.

Whether it’s a quick eyebrow wax or a luxury holistic massage, Zilma has you covered and you can be sure you are in the best hands.

Outside of The Hair and Beauty Bar, Zilma dedicates her time to helping others. She’s a qualified oncologist masseur and volunteers at the RSCH at St Luke’s.

Tasmin has been with us for five years and it the newest member of the team to complete her HBBAR training. We have watched her grow into a lovely young woman who is a seriously talented hairdresser. She has already built up a strong clientele and more often than not she has her clients in fits of laughter with her hilarious chats!  

Miya has just qualified as a fully fledged member of The HBBAR team she is extremely confidant and loves hair. She is naturally talented with exceptional customer service skills. She already has a loyal client base, defiantly one to watch!   

Skye is coming to the end of her training she is brilliant with clients and has been extremely committed to her training. She will be doing models at a reduced rate to work on her timings and to help her learn how to manage a busy column.
